DISTRIBUTION OF MEAT INSPECTION kits BY MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE ANIMAL INDUSTRY AND FISHERIES
The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal industry and Fisheries (MAAIF) under the Directorate of Public health distributed Meat inspection kits to Veterinary inspection staff in lower local governments at the District Headquarters.
The kit includes stamps with serial numbers, meat inspection knives, food grade meat marketing ink, Aprons, hooks and inspection guidelines.
The ceremony was officiated by a team of officials from the MAAIF and technical staff for Kayunga District local government.
