Rotational TPC meeting at kayonza Subcounty.

The CAO Kayunga led a team of technical staff for a meeting at kayonza Subcounty in kayunga District.

The CAO welcomed and applauded the team for consistency on rotational TPC and their work since the year begin.

CAO thanked LLG's for their timely response towards submitting their budget frame work papers thus a successful budget conference.

CAO instructed all LLG's to present reports on gabbage management in their Subcounties in the next meeting

He instructed the planning and finance department to begin on draft budget by 2nd January and present it to council in February 2025.

The SACAOS kayunga SC, kangulumila and Busaana TC together with the Production and community based services presented their performance reports.

DCAO and Chairperson organizing committee for the District end of year party gave an update on the party arrangement due to take place on 19th December 2024.

The LC III chairperson applauded CAO for this initiative together with the district leadership for the Bbaale Water supply. roads, schools, health facilities among others.

He requested for a security fence at kakiika HC II.
