RDC Kayunga Commissioning the SAGE Program.

The Production, Natural Resources, Trade and commerce, technical services and works committee carried out a monitoring outreach at kayunga, Busaana, kayonza and Bbaale Subcounties.

The committee was monitoring ongoing roads under works department for quarter 2 FY 2024/2025.

The roads included:

1. Kitwe. - kaato- Bugoma 12.4 km costing 102,000,000 at kayonza Subcounty.

2. Galiraaya - Nakatuli- Bbaale 16.5km at 153,000,000 at Galiraaya and Bbaale Subcounty.

They also monitored roads to be implemented in quarter 3 FY 2024/2025 which included:

1. Kyampisi-Nakaseeta 5km at costing 50,000,000.

2. Kanjuki-kyanya -11.5km at 115,000,000.

3. Kyerima- Nongo- 4.7km at 47million.

The committee members noticed challenges for poor road networks due to the heavy rains that made roads impassable.
