KAYUNGA DISTRICT RECEIVED A TROPHY WON BY THE DISTRICT SCOUTS ASSOCIATION IN THE NATIONAL COMPETITION AT KAZI CAMP IN WAKISO DISTRICT.

The District Education Officer on behalf of Kayunga District received a trophy won by the District Scouts Association in the National Competition at KAZI Camp in Wakiso District.

The DEO while handing over the trophy to the LCV Chairperson appreciated the scouts for exhibiting skills of discipline, innovation and hard work.

The District scouts officer thanked the Education department for the support and rallied all Head teachers to support scouts’ activities.

The District Education Officer congratulated the scouts and encouraged them to aim higher in both academic and co-curricular activities.

The LCV Chairperson appreciated and thanked the District leadership for the great strides which has yielded results. He encouraged and promised financial support in the subsequent competitions moving forward.

The District Chairperson further supported the scouts team with a series of items including refreshments.
