Welcome to Kayunga District

Kayunga was granted a District status by the parliament of Uganda on 1st December 2000 and became fully operational on 1st January 2001.It was curved out of its mother District Mukono.

Vision:

A Prosperous Community with All Households Accessing Basic Needs of Life and Increased Income.

Mission statement: Coordinated delivery of services focusing on national and local priorities for equitable, balanced and sustainable development
