Serwanga said that the construction of the seed school is expected to take 18 months.
Resident District Commissioner, Ms Margret Mwanamoiza advised the district engineer to ensure strict supervision of the seed school project to ensure that the contractor keeps up with his promises and vowed to deal with the people who will be found stealing materials from the site.
Last year, Kayunga district local government was forced to return 700 million Shillings meant for the project to the consolidated fund because of failure to award the contract by the Ministry of Education.
